Costume Hire FAQs
What are your pickup and return time allowances?
You can pick up your costume on a Tuesday and return it on the following Monday. We are also flexible for out-of-town parties and conferences.
Can I put costumes on hold?
Yes, you can. Book it with us and your costume will be held for you for the date you need it – no one else can hire it for that date.
How do I know the costume will fit?
We recommend trying your costume on first before making a definite booking, as once the costume has left our premises, we do not refund. Some costumes are more flexible than others size-wise; we can advise you when you contact us.
Is there a bond?
The Bond will be advised when booking your costume. A Bond is different from a deposit as it is refundable when your costume is returned in good order and on time. Any partial loss or damage to the costume will be deducted from this bond, however a complete loss of costume will require a bill of replacement.
In a hurry?
Let us know what you require before coming in, and we can sort some costumes for you. Allow as much time as possible to try and get the best fit and look.
